All Oxford Pennant products are handcrafted using high-quality wool felt and traditional screen-printing techniques to ensure a vintage look and feel that lasts a lifetime.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard in-stock items typically ship within 3-5 business days. For custom orders or flags, please allow 2-4 weeks for production before shipment.
Do you offer custom designs?
Yes! We specialize in custom pennants, banners, and flags for brands, weddings, and personal projects. You can start your custom project through our 'Custom' portal on the website.
How should I hang my pennant or banner?
We recommend using simple thumb tacks, framing, or our specialized magnetic hanging strips to display your felt products without damaging the material.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on all standard, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Custom and 'Final Sale' items are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
We certainly do. We ship our products worldwide via UPS and DHL. Please note that international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
